Besides this, he has a vast educational and cultural background where he is the renowned president of Ujjwal Prabhodhini Shikshan Sanstha, Badlapur and Duyyam Shikshan Sanstha, Murbad. He is also the vice president of Ambernath Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and the President of Thane Dist Literacy Committee. His vast knowledge and positive attitude has helped the school and the administration to achieve the goals successfully.

Mr. Uday Kelkar, an industrialist, and businessman has over 40 years of work experience. He successfully runs a food color manufacturing company for 35+ years and also exports to many different nations. He has been a trustee of Adarsh Educational Trust for the past 23 years and has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the organization. Since 2005, he is a trustee of New English High school, Badlapur. His contributions to Educational field demonstrate his commitment to improving educational opportunities for all students.
Additionally, he is also a philanthropist who has supported numerous charities and social causes over the years.
